GF Oats

GF Oats are uniquely grown and processed in gluten-free certified organic facilities, both in the USA and Australia, to ensure they maintain their uncontaminated status from gluten. They are sourced from GF Harvest in the USA, grown and processed by a family who is coeliacs and understand purity protocol from planting to packaging. Oats do contain a strain of protein called Avenin, however, a large body of scientific evidence accumulated over 15 years, by American universities, determined that gluten is a combination of proteins that do not naturally occur in oats.
