After many years of professionally developing job applications for clients, I have established ECM Consulting to provide a value add to job seekers and business owners. I provide services in personal branding packages and programs, corporate personal branding programs, and mentoring programs.

The services provided assist clients to increase their awareness and build their personal brand through Personal Branding Coaching Programs, and development of Personal Branding/Job Application documents (ie. Resume, Letters, LinkedIn Profile and other job application documents).

To continually evolve client's skills and abilities, I also offer Mentoring Programs, which focuses on clients reaching their full potential through professional development and identifying skills gaps.
